Return policy

1. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 30 days (in unopened resalable packaging) for full refund of purchase price. Wrap product in protective packaging to avoid damage and return with a copy of the original invoice and a note explaining the reason for the return.

2. It is advised that you return the product using the same shipper that delivered the product as well as insure the product for full value should anything happen during shipping. We are not responsible for returned products in transit.

4. Upon receipt of the product we will inspect and if all is correct a refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirming refund.

Canceling an Order

An order can be cancelled as long as it has not been processed. Send an email request to cancel. If the order has already been shipped it can not be cancelled. You may then refuse the delivery of the product or ship product back using the same shipper that delivered the product. Upon receipt of the product a refund will be processed. You will be informed of the refund via email as long as we have an address available to send it to you. We are not responsible for returned products in transit.

We accept Paypal and Credit Card Payments only. No money orders, cashier checks or personal checks.
